Patricia M. “Pat” Doherty Age 87 Cascade, WI
Passed away Early Saturday Morning (March 3) at Woodland Village at Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility where she had been a resident for the past month. Pat was born on September 20, 1924 in the Town of Mitchell, a daughter of the late Ernest and Martha Michaels Miller. She attended Cascade Grade School and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1943. On October 16, 1946, she married Daniel Doherty at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Cascade. The couple resided in Cascade after their marriage. Pat worked at the Cascade Post Office. She was a former member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Cascade. Her husband preceded her in death on March 3, 2002. Pat enjoyed word search puzzles, Wisconsin sports, watching T.V. game shows and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include: Two sons: Mickey (Jorja) Doherty of Plymouth Patrick (Kathy) Doherty of Rock Island, IL Six Grandchildren: Mitchell (Jennifer) Doherty of Missoula, MT Shannan Doherty of Phoenix, AZ Paddy (Ashley) Doherty of St. Cloud, WI Andy and Alexis Rowe of Rock Island, IL Caitlin (Matthew) Maloney of Rock Island, Illinois Four Great Grandchildren: Benjamin, Lily, Harper and Donovan One sister-in-law: Jean Miller of Cascade
She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by One Brother: Bernard Miller and One sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Helen and Wilmer Klahn.
Private family Memorial Mass will be held at a later date at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Cremation has taken place and inurnment will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Cascade.
