Ann F. Whiteaker Age 75 Of Plymouth, WI
Passed away unexpectedly early Monday (Oct. 7) at home with her loving husband by her side. She was born on March 26, 1938 in Burnett, WI, a daughter of the late Theodore and Florence (Werner) Zimmerman. She graduated from Antigo High School in 1956. She attended Langelade County Teacher’s College in Antigo. She taught 1 ½ years, all 8 grades, at Selinski School in the county one room classroom. On June 6, 1959 she married Jerry Whiteaker in Antigo, WI. The couple has resided in Newburg, WI, Port Washington and since 1986 in Cascade. She worked for Amity Leather Company in West Bend and Production Plastics in Saukville. Ann’s full time passion was stay at home mom and homemaker. She is a member of Redeemer Lutheran church in Plymouth. Ann enjoyed bingo, reading and computer games.
Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years: Jerry of Cascade Three children: Patty Knepfel of Ripon Donna (Tim) Nelson of Plymouth Tammy (Bob) Beringer of New Holstein Five grandchildren: Dusty Johnson Joshua Johnson Jessica (Billy) McDonald Ashley (Jon) Aderman Travis Schram Three great grandchildren: Teddy Laumann Aubrianna and Brennen Aderman Two brothers: Jerry (Carol) Zimmerman of Fond du Lac Ted Zimmerman of Merrill Two sisters: Gladys Unger of Newburg Alice Hampton of Clintonville One brother-in-law: Kenneth (Gail) Whiteaker of Georgia Six sister-in-laws: Joyce Zaverousky of Antigo Mayme (John) Ferris of Hales Corners Roberta Harteau of Georgia Esther (Jerry) Peil of Georgia Aurelia (Marion) Heiny of Illinois Shirley Zimmerman of Antigo Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by one grandson: Teddy Johnson Jr. and two brothers: Carl and Edwin.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday (Oct. 12) at 12:00 Noon at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Plymouth (1808 Eastern Avenue). Rev. James Wilson, pastor of the church will officiate. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the CHURCH on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in Ann’s name.
