Obituary for Roger F. Miske

Roger Fredrick Miske, age 85, of Plymouth, WI, passed away early Thursday morning (June 29, 2017) at his home.

He was born April 3, 1932 in the Town of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin; a son of the late Edwin and Carita Fischer Miske.

He attended Town of Sheboygan Falls schools and served in the United States Army from 1952 to 1956.

On January 10, 1953, Roger married Barbara Ann Schneider in Waukegan, Illinois. The couple resided in Plymouth since their marriage.

He was employed at Bordens Food for many years, retiring in 1995.

Roger loved motorcycles and his cars, owned over 70 during his lifetime, going to the Races in Plymouth and his “four-o’clock old-fashions” with his wife, Barbara.

He is survived by: His loving wife: Barbara of Plymouth; One son: Steven (Cheryl) Miske of Plymouth; Two daughters: Sue (fiancé: Brian Schwind) Reinke of Plymouth and Sandra (Eugene) Barts of Plymouth; Nine grandchildren: Shawn Miske, Jauda (Josh) Steinhardt, Jessica Reinke, Amber (fiancé: Gary Brandt) Geiken, William Reinke, Tanya Miske, Megan Miske, Josh Miske, Tiffany (Jason) Ellis; Five great-grandchildren: Sutton, Cooper, Sicily, Gavin, and Jaxon; and Two brothers-in-law: Bob Blanke of Plymouth and Donald Schneider of Fond du Lac.

Roger is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son: Scott Miske; grandson: Alexander Gisch; three sisters: Carol Huebner, Betty (Arno) Rabb, Bernice Blanke; one brother: James Miske; and six brothers and sisters-in-law.

In accordance with Roger’s wishes, cremation has taken place and private family services will be held.
