Obituary for Wallace L. Biederwolf

Wallace “Wally” Biederwolf, age 85, of Sheboygan, passed away early Thursday morning (September 14, 2017) at Azura Memory Care in Sheboygan.

He was born on July 3, 1932 in Sheboygan, WI, a son of the late Bernard and Dorothy Biederwolf.

Wally attended Central High School in Sheboygan.

He served in the United States Army from 1953-1955 during the Korean War.

On July 26, 1961 he married Judith Magerl in Sheboygan.

He was employed at AT&T as an installer for more than 20 years, ran the phone systems at the American Club and was a cashier at Plymouth Oil.

Wally loved golfing, spending time with his children, grandchildren, and his dogs. He also enjoyed going to Judy’s Restaurant where he made many friends.

Survivors include his two daughters: Wendy Biederwolf of La Crosse, Jenny (Kenneth) Thelen of Cascade; Three grandchildren: Victoria (Ross) Baxter of South Dakota, Dustin Vanderkin of Cascade, Jacob (Katelyn) Thelen of Cascade; and One sister: Marge Rowe of Sheboygan.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Two sons: Scott and Brian Biederwolf; One brother-in-law: Ken Rowe; and Step-mother: Ester Biederwolf.

Following Wally’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday Evening (Sept. 19, 2017) at 6:00 P.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Dale Miler will officiate.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday (Sept. 19) at the Suchon Funeral Home from 3:30 P.M. until the time of Services.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Wally’s name.

The Plymouth VFW World Cheese Center Post # 5612 will conduct military rites at the Suchon Funeral Home following the services.
